| I was just wondering if any of you spoke any languages other than English. I've been learning French since I first started high school, so I guess that's 5 years now. French is the second official language of Canada and there are a lot of French people around where I live. I'm actually a quarter French myself.
Next, I want to learn Japanese and maybe German too. I have a German friend and I'd love to be able to send him a message in German on Facebook. And, well, I'm a fan of anything Japanese.

Well yeah, I obviously speak English I know basic bits and pieces of German, Polish, and a few other misc languages. Not enough to speak them fluently though. I know Spanish in almost a.. basic level, but it's been a while since i've used it so i'm probably rusty.& suck at it now. What I would like to learn to speak fluently is Spanish for when I start up a business of my own(Lot's of people speak Spaniishh, I hit a much bigger market this way.), & German n' Polish as it's part of my heritage(I'm partt German & Polish, uhohhh!) and maybe a language like Chinese for the same reason I want to learn Spanish. My main focus right now is Spanish, though. That one I feel would be most beneficial to me in the short-run. and I mean if i'm going to learn all them, might as well learn a few others just for the heck of it. Think of how awesome that would look on a resume! lol, "Yeah, I speak English, Spanish, German, Polish, Russian, and a few other languages."

| I'm in spanish two for school, so I can read and write it, but I don't pick up on it very fluently when the mexicans speak it. They like to slur their words though =/ | |
